Explore our iconic poster collection and work in teams to create giant posters. Be inspired by designers who use colour, shape and composition to get people on board, and keep London moving

Duration: 40 minutes
Cost: £40 per session (15 pupils max)
Join the mission to help Monty the Mole find his way home. Enjoy exclusive access to our historic vehicles and discover how travel in London has changed since horse power.

Duration: 40 minutes
Cost: £40 per session (15 pupils max)
Enter our time travelling machine and embark on an investigative journey through the Museum to discover the differences between types of vehicles and how people travelled in the past.
KS1: History & Science
All Aboard!
A free play area where you can climb onboard our specially designed bus, train and boat. Your group will be allocated a slot in your visit timetable to enjoy this area, free of charge.

Booking
Booking a session is the best way to get the most out of your visit. Our school workshops are competitively priced and cost between £40 and £80 per session and include free entry to the Museum for UK school groups. Please see our Schools Programme brochure above for full details. Free self-guided visits are also available for UK school groups but must be booked in advance.

We accept payment by credit/debit card or BACS. We regret that we no longer accept cheques. Please ensure that payment reaches us within one week from the date of making your booking.
If you need to cancel your session charges may apply. Please call the booking team on +44 (0)20 7565 7298. Cancellations made within 3 months from the date of your visit will incur the full cost of the session.
