Engineering Your Future: Coming soon

Available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes
Cost: £175 for one session, £225 for two sessions on the same day
Group size: Maximum 30 pupils per session
Location: At your school

Bring engineering to life at your school with our experienced facilitators and engineering professionals. Let your students use their scientific knowledge and test their problem-solving skills by taking part in our hands-on engineering challenges. Find out what is involved in engineering and transport careers and learn about the diverse routes into them through this interactive workshop.

Inspire Engineering Days in 2019

Dates: 8, 11-15 March 2019; 17-21 June 2019; 24-27 June 2019
Session length: 10:30-14:45 (including lunch break)
Cost: £150 for a group of up to 30 pupils. £300 for a group of up to 60 pupils.
Group size: 60 pupils maximum
Location: London Transport Museum Depot at Acton

Let our skilled facilitators inspire your pupils with enquiry-based activities, stories from practising engineers, and our iconic collection. The Key Stage 3 Inspire Engineering Day includes:

  • Interviews with inspiring engineers
  • Participation in our exciting hands-on ‘Braking Eggsperiment’
  • Exploration of the engineering wonders at the London Transport Museum Depot

This session is CREST accredited by the British Science Association. All participating students receive a CREST Discovery Award at the end of the day.
