Support us

London Transport Museum uses the story of transport to encourage, enrich and inspire all Londoners and those who love this city to get the most out of London.

We are a heritage and education charity, and need to generate over three quarters of our income from scratch each year. We rely on the support of our visitors, customers, companies, trusts, foundations and crucially individuals to care for our collection of over 470,000 objects, deliver special exhibitions, restoration projects and innovative learning programmes.

Object of the month

Passengers coming into St Pancras station in the 1980s would be greeted by posters like this encouraging them to travel across the city on Underground lines . It's also the inspiration for our Open Weekend artwork!
